The Fenwood Coven of 1933

Posted by Patrick Valenza on

Pictured above is the notorious Fenwood Coven of 1933. (Left to right: Hilda, Mariana, Brigitta, and Elena Boszorkány) These sisters were the 3rd and last generation of witches to terrorized the good citizens of Valley Park. Only working together could they match the power of Mildred Payne, whom they tried but failed to recruit into their evil circle. It is believed that this unholy quartet was incinerated in the great Asylum fire of 1933-undoubtedly caused by Mildred herself as retaliation for an unknown offence. *(On a side note, we have noticed the appearance of a shadowy figure wearing a hat in many of our old photos...

A previously unknown photograph has come to the attention of Fenwood Asylum, filling some gaps about what we know of Mildred Payne's mother, Rose. The photo depicts a young Rose (age 16) at what appears to be some sort of dinner, along with two unidentified women. From the looks of the photo, we now suspect that Rose may have dabbled in witchcraft herself, although we can only speculate on the extent of her powers.Although we know that she was of gypsy decent, we may be able to piece the puzzle together better once we learn Rose's maiden name.*Rose was found murdered behind a tool...

Claire Identified?

Posted by Patrick Valenza on

After scouring the Fenwood Asylum archives for days without rest, we have discovered an intriguing photograph tucked away between two pieces of sandwich bread. The photo depicts what appears to be Mildred Payne (on viewers left) and an unknown female on the right.  The inscription around this girl reads, "My Darling Claire, 1929". The handwriting matches samples of Mildred's penmanship.Going by this new information, it appears that Claire may have been an actual person, and not just a doll. After further investigation, we have uncovered documents stating that there was once an inmate named Claire Parker here at Fenwood who died...
