1) Rose Payne, young and carefree in her garden, 1922.
Unfortunately, omens of tragedy were apparent even in those joyful days..........
2) Within a few short years, Rose would deteriorate into a neurotic shell of her former self. In 1926, she was discovered murdered behind the families tool shed: a deck of old tarot cards spilled around the blood soaked body........

interesting that in that older photo of Rose, there’s a hand reaching for her from the right side, and here there is the shadow of a hand on her skirt that literally looks like it’s reaching for her. I thought nothing of it in that other photo, but when I saw this I thought my goodness, if this doesn’t read like an omen.
